This year 20 galleries from ten countries will present projects from 12–18 June at Riehenstrasse 90B in Basel, a concrete bunker transformed into a gallery by Pritzker Prize winning architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron.

June is a gallery-led art fair and exhibition platform with open format that has taken place annually since 2019. It was founded by galleries as an alternative, intergenerational fair-week experience and welcomes a connoisseur and new audience alike.

The first edition of June Art Fair took place during Basel Art Week in 2019 when it was founded by galleries as an independent alternative to existing fair formats and models. Distinguished by a highly-selective, intergenerational group of participants presenting projects in an open format, other notable attributes of the fair include its modest scale and convenient site located in close proximity to the Messeplatz and Art Basel.

Entirely gallery led since its inception, it continues to be organized annually by VI, VII (Oslo), Christian Andersen, (Copenhagen) and Misako & Rosen (Tokyo). Its location
at Riehenstrasse 90B and its close collaborations with the surrounding Landhof community garden remain an important part of the project.
