Born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland, chukwumaa makes soft sculptures, surreal performances and other media experiments about liminal characters, Igbo trickster myths and non-linear narratives. He has performed and exhibited at MoMA PS1, The Corcoran Museum, Yale Union, ICA London, Various Small Fires and The Kitchen. chukwumaa received a BA in Studio Art from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2012 and an MFA from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016, where he received the Charles Addams Memorial Prize.

Samuel Hindolo was born in Prince George’s County, Maryland. Hindolo is a painter but sways into video and sculpture. He received a BA in Studio Art from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2012. He recently showed work at Wysing Arts Centre, Basin, FORM Arcosanti, Rosenwald Wolf Gallery, Magic 175, and Vox Populi.
