Aldea Gallery is pleased to announce BB5000: “Smoke Inside” our first exhibition in our gallery, curated by Cameron MacLeod.
Cut me into quadrant pieces, divide me in some measurable parts, do not leave me and make me breathe your air. We’ve been in love forever. Now she’s made of aluminum, she collects smoke closing the windows and she breaths, she dances her song again. It’s not said that you’ll meet someone for sure, someone who decides of your solid unhappiness. I’ve made myself alone forever, my friends have all been left blinds and their sunken eyes are staring at their dark sunglasses. Windows have been closed and only my quadrants have been left. She’s not scared anymore to see you for what you’ve been stealing, rain does not always clean the air. You broke my atmosphere, broke my life into quadrants, she collects smoke closing the windows and breaths, she dances her song again
BB5000 is a young Italian artist group founded in 2015, living and working in Milan.
Internationally renowned, it consists of: Giada Carnevale, Arcangelo Costanzo, Francesco Saverio Costanzo, Filippo De Marchi, and Giovanni Riggio
Production of all works made at Aldea Workshops during the Aldea Residency program.
