So, either sell young cheese that you’d need to store for 6 month and get 10% profit on it. Or the second choice; sell middle-aged one, that you’d have to store for a year and, all in all, come out with 0% profit. Or, for 30% profit, sell good, old cheese, that you would need to store for two whole years, though.
I’m just saying, if you had the choice..what would it be?
