Sitara Abuzar Ghaznawi is a Zurich-based artist. Recent group exhibitions include Room of Requirement, NEST, Zurich (2018); Les Urbaines, Espace Arlaud, Lausanne (2018); ich, since my pinky points at me, double exhibition with Deborah Holman, Alienze, Lausanne (2018); YGRG14x Reading with the Single Hand II, Performance with Young Girl Reading Group, Mikro Zürich (2017); What we share, Khôra Zürich (2017); Performance with Young Girl Reading Group, Kunstkredit Basel-Stadt 2017, Kunsthalle Basel (2017). Sitara Abuzar Ghaznawi is currently participating in the recidency program Tbilisi Residencies / Stamba.
Ser Serpas lives and works between New York and Los Angeles and received her B.A. in visual arts at Columbia University (2017). Solo and two person exhibitions include you were created to be so young (self-harm and exercise), LUMA Westbau, Zurich; Bare Teeth, Queer Thoughts, (with Bri Williams); Queer Thoughts, New York (both 2018); Dust Patterns, Current Projects, Miami (2017). Recent group exhibitions include Swiss Institute, New York; Gavin Brown’s enterprise, New York; Performance Space New York (all 2018); Karma International, Los Angeles (2017). Serpas’ work is in public collections at the LUMA Fountion, Zurich and the Rubell Family Foundation, Miami, FL.
