COOPER COLE is pleased to present ‘Take No Action’, a solo exhibition by Liam Crockard.
“The persons charged with identifying performance gaps and their causes must be thorough, objective, and ideally identify those gaps that can be addressed by injecting further resources, and those that cannot. For example, where poor performance is assessed as the result of a lack of trust, corrupt officials, obvious partiality, and a culture of self-service rather than service to clients, an allocation of additional resources will simply provide the means to do more of the same.”
