This is a place of propositions and compromise. Here, regulations are in place and parameters set. Once you have the right ingredients and necessary conditions then you could make the recipe.

Are We wrong or are We not wrong?

It is here that private moments are shared and divulged from a pool of personal collected memories, doodles, diddlings, ponderings, wanderings, and blatherings. These drawings chief concern is with it’s author and indeed the consumption of our beloved author. It is at this moment, that arms are downed and defenses unattended. These precarious incidents were not intended for public displays of affection or gratitude or appreciation. Yet, here we are, sitting at this bar stool with you listening to the ramblings of my heart’s content.

May I offer you a beverage?

This is a tactical inversion of both space and place; in the mind and one’s body, respectively. Conditions of self have never been so apparent and in dire need of introspective assessment. Each drawing assumes form as anatomical entity collectively forging the requisite organs to operate as a bodily unit in this grand theatrical diorama. A hand reaches out, an eye judges; the remains of a structure reveals its skeleton-like infrastructure. Each element performs a necessary function to further distort the narrative at play. Their collective agency is effective here; they demand trust and promise little disruption.

A little lost, without entertaining another thought.

Surely, this is fantasy I hear you say. But I assure you it is not. You see, imagination is grounded in reality and dreams are conditioned by reality. In the distance, a sliding door peers out through the crowds. It appears as a stage-prop, suggesting a chain of events leading to this moment, although its function in it’s past life might be questionable. This door is now stuck in it’s own timeline much to it’s own demise.
